Preparations for the World Transplant Games 2023 focused primarily on sports where there were higher expectations, such as Badminton, Tennis and Petanque. However, our athletes performance in the athletics events (20 medals out of a total of 35) prompted an added emphasis on athletics.

ORGAN India tied up with Go Speed Academy, under the leadership of Coach Amit Khanna, once known as India’s Fastest Man and currently a coach to many promising young athletes. Mr. Khanna and his team of 3 coaches has joined with us to mentor and coach our athletics team in our preparations for the World Transplant Games 2025 in Dresden, Germany.

On November 8-9, 2024, our athletes travelled to Delhi for a 2-day coaching session with Amit Khanna and his team.
